The Job

• Responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities in the Asia Pacific Region
• Coordinate regional Sales and Marketing initiatives with global business targets
• Plan and implement Sales and Marketing Programs in accordance with company’s global standards
• Manage and coordinate regional/international Trade Show/Exhibitions
• Responsible for following up potential leads generated from the Marketing Events
• Promote and coordinate training courses in Asia Pacific Region
• Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasting for all Asia Pacific clients
• Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients
• Provide supports to Sales and Marketing Team in China
• Based in Hong Kong and frequent travel is required

The Person

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Social Science or related disciplines
• 1 year sales and marketing or account services working experience
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin/Cantonese with additional   language skills (Fluency in Japanese would be a definite advantage)
• Literate in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
• Excellent in presentation and communication skills
• High initiative, self-motivated, innovative, open-minded with good interpersonal skills
