POSITION DESCRIPTION:- 

• Responsible for the development and implementation of business development strategy to increase revenues from existing merchants and new merchants.
• Relationship management of existing merchants/resellers, new merchants/resellers to increase merchant’s satisfaction and find new opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing and Product teams, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing and product development of
• New product penetration within current and new merchants or
• Expanding the penetration of existing products within current and new merchants
• Explore and develop business opportunities in US and other overseas countries

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Identifying potential new clients to launch our payment products. Manage these merchants from the initial pitch to their public launch.
• Manage business relationship with existing merchants to ensure that our products can drive their business.
• Co-ordinate our support and services across various functional areas i.e. customer services, settlement, risk control and technical groups to deliver added value to merchants.
• Establish alliance partners (PSP, technology service providers) and create new business opportunities for growth of our business.
• Maintain regular contact with merchants.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Recognized degree preferably in Business Management / Sales / Finance
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales and management experience
• Experience in payment service or card industry is a must
• Experience in US or other overseas payment service or card markets is highly preferable
• Relationship management and business consultation skills
• Deal structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong product positioning and marketing skills
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Experienced candidate with bright traceable performance can be considered as Business Development Director
