Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and product promotion campaigns to drive business growth
- Formulate segment marketing and brand strategies to enhance customer loyalty
- Develop marketing collaterals, collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth launch of marketing programs
- Handle competitors’ analysis, market research and market intelligence collection
- Have solid understanding of online marketing, SEO and SEM
- Develop and monitor the marketing budget and control actual marketing expenditure to ensure marketing effectiveness
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and media investment
- Negotiate with business parties for joint programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in marketing field
- Solid experience in above and below-the-line marketing programs development, with knowledge of marketing communications, customer acquisition, retention and/or event management a definite advantage
- Resilience, with good communication, interpersonal and management skills
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred
