Job duties:

• Able to work as a team member with the Sourcing Manager and vendor community to insure proper Purchase Order execution.
• Can apply existing product knowledge and expertise to manage the products category while adopting a strategic approach towards the continuous development of the supplier base.
• Conducts intensive negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best purchase price for the agreed quality.
• Must uphold the highest level of integrity; reference checks will be conducted.
• Has a complete understanding of buying, an office mind-set and business principles.
• Possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Able to plan and multitask various projects and directions at once.
• Is responsible and independent for order follow-up, sourcing, inspection, monitor production and shipment.
• Has excellent time management, negotiation and problem solving skills.

Job requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in business administration, marketing,e-marketing, e-commerce or other related education.

• At least 5 years solid experience in sourcing or related fields

• Relevant sourcing experience for home appliances, AV products or consumer products is a MUST.

• Familiarity with using e-commerce systems such as Magento, OpenCart, WordPress, etc.

• Fluency in conversation, written and comprehension of English and Mandarin Chinese is a MUST; other languages or Chinese dialects are a plus.

• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite programs

• Good people and interpersonal skills

• Self-initiated, good team player
