• 3/4 of duties involve data analysis and project management of house brands including preparation of written reports
• Provide secretarial support to top management
• Manage daily schedules and handle travel arrangements
• Provide support to department in marketing functions
  
  

We are looking for

• A Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferred in Merchandising, Marketing or Business Development
• Initiative and proven track record of excellent analytical skills
• Friendly with good communication skills, well organized, attention to detail
• Enjoy working with people from different cultures and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
