Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales and Marketing team
• Provide Sales administration support
• Communicate and collect latest information from clients and Business Partners for marketing campaign
• Prepare regular reports to keep track of the business performance
• Assist in administration functions and ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• School Certificate or above
• 1 year working experience preferred
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-Motivated, team player, hardworking and positive work attitude
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking and capable of meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
