Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support to the sales team
- Follow up order, invoice, packing list and related documents
- Answer enquiries and provide customer service to clients
- Prepare materials & support the promotion campaigns
- Contact with suppliers
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Good in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2), English and Mandarin
- Form 5 or above
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Energetic, flexible, independent with strong communication skills
