Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate guest visits
• Ensure and provide professional guest service experiences
• Establish a professional rapport with guests maintaining good relationships and effectively manage guest feedback
• Assist in developing and delivering public relations initiatives
• Assist in planning and organizing events
• Develop and execute communications strategy for key stakeholders and media contacts
• Manage database and compile reports, presentations, press releases and case studies
• Collate media coverage and commission market research

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in hospitality management, public relations, communications, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in guest relations, customer services or related hospitality fields;
• Pleasant personality and ability to perform under pressure;
• Self-motivated with detail-oriented and flexible work style, positive spirit, and strong sense of ownership
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
• Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English including Putonghua
• Shift duty on weekends and public holidays
