Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic marketing direction and execution for our beauty salon and lingerie business
• Implement marketing strategies and activities to fulfill the company policy, sales target and requirements of company continuous growth
• Conduct marketing research, identify of customers’ needs, extend sales network, increase sales volume, sales cost control and develop new sales channels
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for brand image building, product promotion and PR activities to drive sales
• Develop and execute full-scale marketing plan, digital promotional activities and website management 
• Manage the quality of the editorial content, layout design and printing and production of the publication 
• Monitor promotion activities to ensure its effectiveness 
• Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties 
• Marketing initiatives including planning, execution, measurement and negotiation of business terms with advertising related service providers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in marketing management or related disciplines 
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce will be an advantage
  
• Familiar with Retail and Beauty Salon Marketing 
• Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills 
• Strong analytical power with good communication, presentation, leadership, people and management skills 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability preferred
