Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive the business and achieve targeted number of membership and course enrollment
- Formulate business development strategies and plan of our Certificate of People Management course, membership scheme and other personal growth learning programs
- Cooperate with both external or in-house marketing team to execute the market research, marketing and brand building campaigns
- Manage and work with Learning & Development Executive and Membership & Service Executive on all logistics arrangement including handling enquiries and enrollments, materials preparation, communication and related administration works etc.
- Collect members’ feedbacks and propose improvement plans for program enhancement
- Maintain sound relationship with all customers and members
- Handling and updating membership database timely
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Communications, Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related disciplines
- Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Mature, creative, self-motivated, and adaptable to challenges
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Experience in running membership program is an advantage
