Responsibilities

• Drive the business and achieve targeted number of membership and course enrollment
• Formulate business development strategies and plan of our Certificate of People Management course, membership scheme and other personal growth learning programs
• Cooperate with both external or in-house marketing team to execute the market research, marketing and brand building campaigns
• Manage and work with Learning & Development Executive and Membership & Service Executive on all logistics arrangement including handling enquiries and enrollments, materials preparation, communication and related administration works etc.
• Collect members’ feedbacks and propose improvement plans for program enhancement
• Maintain sound relationship with all customers and members
• Handling and updating membership database timely
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Communications, Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related disciplines
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Mature, creative, self-motivated, and adaptable to challenges
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Experience in running membership program is an advantage
