Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and seek market opportunities and intelligence of overseas real estate market
- Devise and implement strategic business development for overall sales network in Hong Kong and China
- Organize and coordinate local and overseas marketing events, such as seminar and exhibition
- Formulate weekly and annual sales forecast for management to review business strategy
- Manage co-marketing campaigns for client implementations
- Maintain excellent relationship with customers, provide good post-sales services
- Develop coaching and training of sales personnel and lead sales department as well as interact with operational to achieve assigned monthly sales mission
- Identify business and sales trend and activities of competitors
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership- managing and growing employees
- Strong negotiator with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
- Fluency in English is a MUST, Fluency in Mandarin in highly appreciated
- Strategic negotiator with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
