Job Duties:

• Plan and execution of Tom Lee Music Foundation's events including concerts, competitions and masterclasses etc
• Assist in on-line promotion, facebook and website
• As MC for events
• Manage company NeoWinds Orchestra
• Administration works
• Ad hoc projects assigned by department heads

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Communication or related disciplines
• Possess 3 years relevant working experience in marketing, promotion and event management
• Music background is a MUST
• Facebook / website experience is required
• Good team player with positive attitude, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• High proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Event Officer
