職責  Responsibilities

With responsibility of 1 weekly local cross-platform title and 1 monthly international print title, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Grow subscription numbers and revenues across the portfolio - individual, academic and corporate
• Identify and develop suitable partnerships to achieve lead generation and subscription conversion
• Develop audience and subscription opportunities by partnering with corporates, associations, airlines, hotels and education/academic sectors
• Able to develop value propositions and develop proposals
• Be creative in generating ideas and remain on the forefront on digital trends and innovative channels for acquiring new subscriptions
• Understand the user journey and subscription lifecycle of print and digital/mobile media and therefore how fulfilment operates
• Innovate, problem-solve and continuously improve acquisition productivity and efficiency
• Develop close working relationship with stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple timelines
• Able to communicate at all levels in a business context

入職要求Requirements

• University graduated, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer acquisition or marketing for media or consumer products
• Good command of MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge in digital, mobile and social platforms is desirable
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Good negotiation and inter-personal skills
• Creative and out-going personality
• Strong commercial/business awareness to contribute to improving profitability
