Responsibilities:

• Prepare market research and analyses to assist sales and leasing of properties;
• Develop overall marketing and promotion strategies for residential and commercial properties in Nanjing;
• Plan and arrange marketing collaterals and media advertising campaign;
• Plan and oversee promotion activities and budget;
• Liaise and coordinate with agencies, suppliers and media for sales and leasing activities; and
• Monitor advertising/marketing services providers to ensure timely delivery of quality outputs.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Surveying or related disciplines;
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in property related business;
• Strong marketing sense and creativity in sales campaign design required;
• Relevant working experience in PRC a must;
• Diligent and able to meet tight deadline with minimum supervision;
• To be stationed in Nanjing;
• Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Independent, high integrity and responsible.
