Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial and market analysis of potential new business growth opportunities and external trends
• Work with internal teams to ensure that projects fall within the strategic direction of the company and balance short and long term goals on different levels
• Participate in commercial discussions for identified business growth opportunities
• Work closely with, business unit leaders, functional managers and the shared services team, HR, Finance and Legal to provide research and analytical support on cross functional projects
• Ensuring business relationships comply with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Initiate and support ad hoc strategic projects and tasks
• Sensitive to the latest technology and is innovative in his/her approach on project matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business subjects;
• One year of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, business development, market research or related field is a plus
• In-House experience is highly preferred
• Proven ability to coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams and provide project management support
• Extensive experience in project management and implementation skills
• Excellent data analytics, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Have PRC and APAC exposure is a plus
• Some traveling maybe required
