Duties:

• Provide administrative and clerical support in a variety of day-to-day administrative functions in the aspects of purchasing, store and logistics, housekeeping, telecommunication, office and meeting facilities management
• Draft minutes, reports, correspondence and guidelines, filing and tracking of documents
• Perform any other duties as required
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above
• At least 3 year’ administrative/clerical working experience
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in PC application, MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, well-organized, multi-tasking and detail-minded
