Responsibilities:

• Prepare harmonized projections variance report on a monthly basis and report the findings
• Prepare vendor capacity report and work with the management on necessary adjustments
• Release vendor capacity as per agreed timelines and ensure demand and supply stability.
• Distribute orders based on agreed allocation framework across vendors and mills; minimize the variance of projections to actuals, and ensure vendor/mills capacities are optimally used
• Work with supply chain in ensuring all inquiries are supported within 24-48hrs
• Release mill capacity as per agreed timelines and ensure demand and supply stability.
• Prepare mill/lace capacity reports for strategic suppliers and work with the management on necessary adjustments
• Issue commitment contracts based on Brand agreements to mills and decrement them as appropriate.
• Continually explore the potential in cutting down lead times across vendors and mills
• Work with Brands on calendar revisions and ensure the supply chain is well aware of the changes.
• Ensure all the CGL are updated with relevant information from supply chain.
• Ensure Brands adhere to buy dates

 Requirements:

• With more than 6 years of working experience preferably in the garment industry on planning production loading capacity
• Good communication skills with cross functional partners
• Able to oversee the demand planning for across vendors in order to optimize the efficiency
• A strong leader to inspire, mentor and develop the technical team
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems which have impact to the business
• Knowledge of applying Fast React in planning is highly preferable
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel
