Duties :

- Follow- up purchase orders, shipment, related documents and inventory control;

- Communicate with vendors and internal department;

- Other clerical work.

Requirements :

- Form 5 or above;

- Relevant experience in import & export is preferred;

- Familiar with Chinese typing and a range of word processing software: including Microsoft Office - Windows, Words & Excel;

- Knowledge of SAP system applications are an advantage;

- Willing to learn and responsible and independent;

- Immediate available is preferred.
