Responsibilities

• Supervise the Merchandising Team;
• Resolve all aspects of problems from product development, sourcing, sampling till bulk production;
• Monitor competitors and market trends closely and react accordingly;
• Executes product development to maximize business opportunities;
• Conduct business review presentations to management regularly;
• Evaluate product and promotion effectiveness through data and analysis;
• Identify opportunity gaps and explore new initiatives and trend through market visit and data sharing by third parties;
• Arrange launching of new products.

Requirements

• Degree in BA / Marketing or relevant discipline;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Beauty / FMCG industry with at least 3 years in managerial role;
• Experience on ERP System is an advantage;
• Proactive, good team player, and innovative with strong dedication to result;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS office application, detail minded and sensitive to figures;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Able to work with all levels of internal and external partners.
