Objectives of the program are to:

• Recruit, train and develop a team of management talents to support and expand the international business

• This Management Trainee Program is intensive training program which is designed to provide a high quality of on-job training in Merchandising & Brand Management for future development of City Chain

• Opportunities to learn from experienced leaders sharing their working experience and practical skills for field work

• Outstanding trainees will have exposure to develop the career in Mainland China and overseas business.

Start –up Training:

• 3 months intensive start –up, including orientation program, in-class trainings, on-job training opportunities in the business segment to which you are assigned, such as merchandising, planning & inventory management and working standard of the business, so as to have a broad understand of different aspects of the retail industry

   

Let’s work together

• After start up training, management trainees will be exposed to all related of training and practical work in City Chain.

• Perform the strategic for Merchandising and Inventory Management.

We are looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in business related

• A passion in retail industry

• Strong in numerical, logical, analytical and problem solving skills

• A creative mind, proactive and willing to take up new challenges

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
