Job responsibilities

• Provides proactive customer service including transaction execution of financial products, assists clients on cash flow management, inquiries, investigation handling, and portfolio monitoring
• In preparation for client meetings and marketing trips and preparation of marketing materials to new clients, and post-meeting follow-up including execution of client instructions and preparation of product proposals  
• explain clearly methods and solutions to customers to fully execute their instructions
