Job Duties

1. Responsible for the company’s general legal matters across the East of Asia region, as well as drafting, negotiating and general preparation work for funds and funds related agreements.
2. Manage counsels on pertinent legal and compliance issues.
3. Draft and advise on contracts, terms & conditions, and others legal documents, liaising where necessary with other internal departments
4. Ensure contracts meet the identified commercial objectives of the Group and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
5. Represent the company regarding preparation of submission and attending hearing at courts

Requirements

1. Qualified lawyer with minimum 10 years post qualification experience gained either in-house or in private practice with focus on commercial laws.
2. Be familiar with the Listing Rules of the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, PRC regulations and related compliance reporting.
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
