Summary:

• One of the leading management consultancies in the world with strong presence in Asia
• Looking for a solid business statistics professional in market analytics / big data discipline due to expansion
• He/she will be engaging with some of the largest projects with FSI & banks

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a business analytics team to develop statistics modelling and provide market intelligence and consulting advices
• Work with senior clients to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution.
• Supervise the development of advanced analytics and statistical models to support functional and industry applications. For e.g. customer segmentation, customer acquisition, product cross-selling and customer retention, etc.
• Planning and managing business diagnosis and planning activities 
• Lead and run successful marketing campaigns
• Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experience 
• Performing/interpreting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients
• Monitoring achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved and helping to adjust programs if necessary
• Enable clients to develop analytic capabilities - from accessing and reporting on data to predictive modelling - to outperform the competition.
• Helping define the structural and cultural changes required to reach the goal; sequencing those changes

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience in business analytics / applied statistics
• Bachelor degree or above from top-tier university
• Leadership experience running corporate programs in business intelligence and business analytics
• Major in quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Math, Econometrics etc. are an advantage
• Management consulting experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English
• Industry experience with FSI Banking is an advantage
• Ability to meet travel requirements
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Manager role
