Responsibilities:

• Assist the Company Secretary to manage and handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for companies incorporated in Hong Kong, PRC and offshore jurisdictions;
• Coordinate board meetings and prepare minutes and resolutions;
• Prepare announcements, circulars, annual / interim reports;
• Monitor and maintain statutory records and filing system;
• Liaise with external parties such as bankers, lawyers, auditors, regulators, tax authorities;
• Prepare recommendation and analysis for the senior management team; and
• Assist in handling ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline;
• Finalist / member of HKICS or equivalent qualification;
• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance& HKSE regulatory requirements;
• At least 3 years’ solid company secretarial experience gained in listed companies;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Well-organized, self-disciplined, detail oriented, good interpersonal skills and a good player with strong sense of responsibility;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing; and
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Candidates who are less experienced will be considered as Assistant Company Secretary.
