Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder;
• At least 4 years relevant working experience in senior level;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong leadership and Interpersonal skills are essential;
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Greeting all the guests with great service;
• Responsible for full spectrum of concierge functions in order to provide professional and quality services to the customers;
• Responsible for providing on the job training to a service team including handle guests’ enquiries and complaints;
• Immediate available is preferable.
