You shall be the site-in-charge of a high-end commercial property within the assigned portfolio, and to lead a team of professional building management staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all building facilities and first class services are delivered to our tenants and customers. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management or Property related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in property management with at least 4-6 years at supervisory level
• Experience in managing single landlord high class commercial portfolio would be a definite advantage
• Good leadership, communication skills with excellent customer service attitude
• Able to work independently
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese and competent in spoken Mandarin
• Good PC skills
