Responsibilities: 

• Perform leasing administrative works
• Provide secretarial and departmental clerical support to the team
• Handle office administrative duties and ad hoc projects as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience, with experience in leasing field is definitely an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, able to work independently and with good communications skill
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English

Fresh graduates with relevant experience will be also considered
