• Degree/High Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• Min 2 years’ relevant experience in building projects 
• Familiar with HK Building Regulations
• Good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to work to tight deadlines.
• Fluent of spoken and written in English & Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Immediate availability would be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination on site with the clients representatives, consultants, engineers and all related parties including supervision of sub-contractors to ensure installation to be completed on time.
• Preparation of drawings; required documents; correspondence; program and submissions.
• Hand over the completed installation to clients including testing and commissioning; supervision of defects rectification or remedial works.
