RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaising with the Brand Manager to forecast Brand sales plans and KPI targets
• Ensuring visual and creative excellence is delivered to the company standard without affecting the brand integrity
• Motivating and leading the team to deliver the daily and weekly sales targets by implementing the commercial layout.
• Developing a close relationship with Head Office functions and brand creative teams to support the delivery of the brand and to profile the store and team.
• Pro-actively seeking, anticipating and responding to shifting trends and new market opportunities by understanding the competition
• Seeing service as your number one KPI
• Driving the team to continually improve business performance through focus on store targets and all KPI’s
• Playing an active part in succession planning for the store team and also support the potential talent
• Delivering the best possible customer service experience in the store, by constantly reviewing the scheduling, planning and zoning of the sales floor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Is a lover of the TOPSHOP TOPMAN brand
• Has at least 4 years of store management experience in fashion / fast fashion industries
• Has a love for their people and their development
• Has the ability to think out of the box and strong business acumen
• Is numbers driven and has strong analytical sense
