Responsibilities

• handle daily data entry and email correspondence
• provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Sales
• consistent communications and negotiations with customers and factory concerning production status and orders’ follow up procedures
• liaising with overseas suppliers and logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents

Requirements

• strong sense of responsibility and good communication and interpersonal skills
• willing to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule deadline
• excellent organizational skills, high accuracy and attention to details
• good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English is a must
• proficiency in PC knowledge such as Excel Spreadsheets and Chinese/English Word Processing
• 2 years of administrative working experience are preferred
