RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Fully accountable for developing and growing all sales channels including key accounts, catering and general trade
• Responsible for formulating business strategy, preparing sales budget and sales forecast, driving P&L, increasing market growth, operational planning and execution
• Analyze the market trend as well as competitors’ performance in order to develop a strategic business plan
• Foster strong customer relationships, develop specific programs to maximize mutual growth opportunity by understanding their needs and objectives
• Lead, coach and motivate sales team to achieve company’s objective
• Conduct Sales meeting to share knowledge and best practice to the sales team

REQUIREMENTS

•  Degree holder in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in food / catering / FMCG industry with 5 years in a management role
• Experience in leading a sales team of 20 people or above is preferred
• Experience within key accounts and general trade channels is an advantage
• Sales oriented with entrepreneurial spirit and is a self-driven person
• Strong leadership with analytical mind, sound interpersonal and communication skills
