Job Description
Our client is a leading US based business now looking for a Regional Senior HR Manager to support the expansion in the region.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Senior HR Director, you will be a taking on a strategic business partner position in the organization to provide quality HR advisory services to the regions across Asia. This position will be working with senior stakeholders to identify what actions are needed to improve the overall performance of the business from an HR point of view. This will include organization structuring, compensation and benefits frameworking, performance management and etc. You will be working alongside the Senior HR Director to develop these strategies to enhance efficiency of the business. You will be in charge of overseeing the implementation of the overall HR strategies, policies and procedures as the business expands into South East Asia with a team of operations staff looking after the execution.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in human resources management or relevant discipline
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
- Minimum 10 years' solid human resources generalist experience in a sizable organization with regional experience
