Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the setting up and managing of smart secured storage facility in a 5-star hotel, and oversee all aspects of customer service, sales and marketing, and security systems
• Execute marketing strategies and manage sales channels
• Review or prepare storage policies, guidelines, procedures and leasing documentation
• Perform cost estimation and budgetary control

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing / Business Administration Management or related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience in marketing & leasing, preferably in secured warehouse or storage spaces on arts, collectable and valuable items with good sense in planning, monitoring and managing daily operations
• Self-motivated and detailed-minded team player with strong sense of urgency and responsibility
• Able to work under pressure
• Computer literacy
• Good knowledge of high end storage security system
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
