MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Provide crew planning and administration management of FOP’s resources

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure crew numbers are maintained at optimal levels and that resources are sufficient to legally meet the Company Business Operating Plan, within Company policy, business objectives and cost criteria.
• Consolidation of the Business Operating Plan with Airline Planning and oversight of the generation of efficient crew patterns in accordance with legal requirements.
• Manage and oversee the annual leave system to ensure effective and efficient leave allocation and recommend enhancements.
• Provide and administer the Master Training Plan in accordance with company requirements and ensure training resources are adequate.
• Manage Scheduling, Crew planning team to produce efficient and cost effective monthly crew rosters in compliance with legal, operational, check and training requirements.
• Ensure complete and efficient administrative support is provided to the AHK Training Section.
• Monitor and ensure the performance of the FOP administrative team meets company requirements.
• Devise and maintain efficient and effective administrative support systems to support AHK pilot operations including all necessary record keeping to facilitate remuneration as directed.
• Issue administrative Notices to Crew (NTC) amending or changing procedures as required.
• Set up effective logistics support for flight operations in all stations.
• In coordination with the DFO, compile the amendments to the Flight Time Limitation Scheme in the Flight Operations Manual Volume 1, Chapter 6.
• Responsible for issuing instructions and making decisions on questions of flight duty and rest period and for processing Commander Discretion Reports in accordance with the approved Flight Time Limitation Scheme.
• Manage official flight and crew licensing and records in accordance with CAD regulatory requirements including visa requirements for crew.
• Monitor crew sickness / injury, facilitate regulatory reporting. Liaise with MHR to support return to work process.
• Timely process of all Commanders Administrative Reports.
• As required, evaluate rules, policies and practices that would improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuous oversight support to ensure the continued compliance with all flight operational Quality Assurance requirements.
• Source, conduct contract negotiations and manage all internal and external suppliers to ensure efficient and cost effective support to all Air Hong Kong's flight operations in accordance with Company requirements.
• Formulate and control all Flight Operations related contracts with the third-party sub-contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Tertiary education
• Fluent in written and spoken English to ICAO Level 6/5 (Native/Extended)
• High standard of written English
• Computer literate
• Sound interpersonal skills
• Able to work as part of a team
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• 5 years airline experience - preferably in Flight Operations
• 5 years in a Flight Operations supervisory position

SALARY RANGE
HK$47,500 - HK$73,500
