Duties will include:

• Coordinate with regional head office on replenishment plan and monitor stock level including storage
• Handle order management and ensure compliance with origin import and export declaration regulations
• Oversee Hong Kong local operation in regards to order processing and timely delivery
• Verify the price of invoices from suppliers against their quotation
• Handle full set of shipping documents independently
  
  

Essential experience:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related discipline
• Familiar with Import / Export and Customs clearance procedures
• At least 5 years experience in purchasing or supply chain preferred
• Able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasked with good problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese
