Main Responsibilities

• Prepare full set LC, import and export documents to ensure smooth and efficient processing of all transactions in compliance with the commercial law/government regulations & meet timeline
• Coordinate with suppliers, bankers, Traders and other related parties for document preparation
• Work closely with overseas team such as Bills, Operations, Trading to ensure the transactions are smoothly & timely completed
• Maintain proper record and filing
• Provide advice/recommendation for bills related issues
• Keep abreast of the latest changes on the commercial law/government regulations

Requirements

• High Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in handling LC, Import and export document
• Holder of CDCS, and experience in Dry Bulk Cargo documents, Coal shipment, Back to Back LC and Commodity Trade will have advantage
• Sound knowledge on Documentary Credit and Collections, familiar with ICC Rules including UCP 600, URC 522, and global regulations such as OFAC etc.
• Mature, detail oriented, well organized with good team spirit
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Good command in spoken & written English and Cantonese.  
• Proficient in MS word, excel & outlook
  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Documentation Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
