Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing accurate forecasts in close liaison with appropriate functions at affiliates and brand owners, in order to achieve timely fulfillment of customer orders and cost effective optimization of overall inventory levels.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Apply and maintain a replenishment system to facilitate the information exchange and purchase order placement between suppliers.
• Apply and maintain a demand forecasting tool so that quality forecasts are generated.
• Prepare monthly reports, review and interpret data as appropriate.
• Report to Head of Finance on slow-moving, obsolete stock and stock problems.
• Assist in warehousing management, coordinate stocktaking and etc when needed.
• Ad hoc projects or assignments as may be required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• At least 2-3 years solid experience in trading environment
• Relevant experience in logistics management especially in supply planning and inventory management
• Good general business sense, strong in statistics
• Detail-minded, well-organized with good analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will be engaged in a 4-month contract as a maternity cover.
