Job Responsibilities:

• Order processing and fulfillment
• Work closely with HQ, partners and customers to achieve sales target
• Shipment forecast and inventory demand/supply planning to control excess
• Inbound and outbound shipping arrangement and system updates
• Tracking order status including documents preparation for L/C payment
• Conduct data analysis to identify logistics improvement opportunities and drive for business growth
• Define and implement order processing & logistics KPI
• Assist Operation Manager to achieve the key objectives and strive continuous improvement of the organization
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Supply Chain or related disciplines
• At least 5 year relevant and solid experience
• Fluent in speaking and writing English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Work experience in machinery industry or consumables is preferred
• Proficient inMS Office applications especially Excel application and Chinese WP
• Hands on experience in Priority or other ERP systems is preferred
• Well-versed on LC procedures and preparing banking documents
• Good interpersonal skill, strong analytical mind, creative and meticulous
• Independent and can work at minimal supervision
• Be a good team player with energetic, hardworking, high level of initiative and strong sense of responsibility
