Job Description
Chemicals & plastic raw materials trading company with small office in Hong Kong - other Asian offices including Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam - main markets are China and Asian countries - is looking for a SENIOR SHIPPING CLERK - with details as follows :
- F.5 graduates
- Studies in Shipping / Logistics / Supply Chain Management a plus
- 5 to 8 years shipping experience in trading or manufacturing companies
- Experience in China market or Asia market a plus
- Experience in chemicals / plastic raw materials / natural resources / raw materials an advantage
- Experience in bulk shipment an advantage
- Experience in SAP an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- PC proficiency in Word and Excel
- Experience in China or Asian market an advantage
- Reporting to the Logistics Manager
- Responsible for handling full set of shipping documents for China and Asian market
- Communicating with suppliers, clients and logistics service providers
- Monitoring shipment status to meet delivery deadline
- No trips needed
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus
- 12 days annual leave
