Main Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with internal parties (Marketing and IR, Technology and Trading) and external parties (auditors, administrators and prime brokers etc.) for ensuring the smoothness of daily fund operations
• Assist Marketing on investor data queries and regulatory reporting requirements
• Participate in project initiatives to enhance processes and controls for reconciliation and reporting
• Completing ad-hoc requests for senior management
• Perform position and cash reconciliations against third party administrators, counterparties, and custodians
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and margin requirements against counterparties
• Liaise with the Trading team and IT team with trade settlements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant work experience in fund operations, fund accounting and data analysis, experience in hedge fund / banking operations is a plus
• Highly proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is highly preferred
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills and attentive to detail
• Self-motivated, willingness to learn on all facets of hedge fund accounting and operations
• University graduate in finance, business administration, mathematics or other quantitative disciplines and product knowledge preferred
