Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of financial statements and group consolidation
• Prepare periodic financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecast
• Suepervise a small team and monitor day to day accounting functions, including incomes, payments, inter-company controls and transactions
• Streamline the accounting workflow and strengthen the internal control system
• Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters
• Assist in company secretarial matters
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
• At least 6 years relevant experience and 2 year in a supervisory level
• Experience in retail industry and inventory management is a must
• Hand on experience in using Quick Book accounting system is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Well-organized, detail-minded and results oriented
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
