Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the organization’s communications strategy, including drafting news updates and reports;

2. Coordinate with National Groups, Members & 3rd parties to collect industry data;

3. Assist in analysis and presentation of industry market data;

4. Maintain sound recordings data base (both Chinese and English);

5. Assist in general office administration, finance and other adhoc duties.

Requirements:

1. Tertiary Education or above

2. 1-2 years full time working experience. Fresh university graduates with appropriate attributes will also be considered

3. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Chinese word-processing

4. Very good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Able to work independently with limited supervision

7. Interest in music is an advantage
