Job Description:

• Maintain and update the cargo manuals and training records
• Handle cargo tracing and claims documents
• Assist in the e-AWB project
• Consolidate the monthly servicing report
• Assist in the daily export/import flight handling
• Answer queries from customers
• Perform admin duties e.g. invoice verifications
• Cover the duties of Sales Admin Supervisor during her absence
• Perform any other jobs as assigned

Qualification:

• HKCEE holder with five passes including English, Chinese & Mathematics or equivalent
• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• 2-3 years of working experience in airfreight industry is preferred
• Hands-on skills in PC operation (Word/Excel/Power-point)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to perform shift duties
