Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably with experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislation
• Proactive, independent, well-organized and detail-minded
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Detail-minded, flexible and able to work under tight schedule
• Familiar with PC softwares application, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to various HR services including recruitment & selection, employee relations, payroll and benefit administration, co-ordinate training activities, etc.
• Compile HR reports for management review
• Assist in organizing staff activities and enhancing employee communications
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Human Resources Officer
