Job Responsibilities

• Assist in Company Secretarial/Administrative Works
• Basic knowledge of KYC compliance requirements
• Updating statutory records
• Filing minute book records and correspondence
• Data Entry in the VP system
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Corporate Services at lease 1 year
• Experience in compliance is a must
• Diploma or above
• Excel, Word, Power Point
• Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of VP System
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
