Responsibilities:

• Liaise and resolve settlement issues with counterparties
• Review client account opening and record-keeping
• Participate in implementation and enhancement of securities & forex platform
• Review and investigate any discrepancy arisen from daily client transactions and stock position with CCASS
• Review daily and monthly Stamp Duty Return to SEHK
• Prepare statistical and management reports
• Review and update all SOP for the current operations and settlement department
• Responsible for all duties of Operations and Settlement department of KVB HK 
• Provide support to asset management business

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in any discipline, accounting qualification is an advantage
• At least 6 years of experience in operations and settlement
• Familiar with securities & forex business operation
• Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Previous experience in using iAsia system is preferred
• Mature, pro-active, strong advisory and communication skills
• Good PC skills in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work under pressure
