Responsibilities:

• Handle daily settlement of Investment instruments such as Unit Trusts, Bonds and Structured Products, etc.
• Handle corporate action, coupon distribution, transfer in/out and daily cash reconciliation
• Update daily price for all investment products
• Assist in preparing various reports
• Assist in handling system enhancement projects and performing UAT
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Participate in ad hoc projects
  
  

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above, HKSI examination passed will be an advantage
• With relevant experience in investment operations or settlement will be an advantage
• Strong PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
