Job Function
Provide daily support to customer and perform system monitoring, data backup. Perform server installation and configuration, network configuration for project deployment. Project deployment mainly for regional project in APAC.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Standby for 24x7 technical support to customers
- Commission application platform and site commissioning for project deployment
- Handle daily customer queries
- System/application troubleshooting
- Server installation and configuration, Networking configuration for project deployment
- Prepare operation and maintenance documents

Requirements
- Graduated in Computer Engineering, Coumputer Science or related discipline
- Willing to travel
- Hands-on experience in Installation/configuration of Linux/Unix is a must
- Procifient in Shell Script/ Perl.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Cisco router/switch
- Technical support and customer handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skill and good command in English and Cantonese
- Knowledge in clustering/HA solution, firewall configuration, backup solution is an advantage.
- Administration/configuration in Tomcat/Apache, Oracle, MySQL, Weblogic, Veritas is an advantage
- Telecom experience is an advantage
- Can-do attitude, ability to perform under pressure
- Team player with high sense of responsibility, self-motivated, self-learning, strong problem sovling and analytical skills
