Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of Operations documents
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system
• Perform in roster and leave management 
• Participate in restaurant operation events
• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by management level

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1-2 years' clerical experience in food and beverage industry is preferred
• Experienced in using SAP system
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Work well under pressure and able to complete task at a timely manner
• Able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferable
