In this role, you will be required to report to the manager directly and work closely with the teammates, your main duties will include:

• Responding to enquiries and carrying out sales and booking process
• Handling flight/cruise/hotel reservations and quotations, both online and by phone
• Attending client meetings, presentations, conferences or trade shows
• Maintaining client and supplier contacts
• Attending overseas familiarization / training trips
  
  
  

To be successful in this aspect, you will require the following attributes:

• Computer literate including Microsoft Office and internet skills essential.
• Well Knowledgeable and can fully utilize Galileo/Abacus will be an advantage.
• Possess Travel Sales Consultant work experience is an advantage.  Candidates with less/no travel industry experience will be considered as Cruise Support Coordinator.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skill, both English and Cantonese.  Fluent speaking Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Must be self-motivated, energetic and responsible.
• Well presented and showing confidence and professionalism to our clients.
• Outstanding manner towards customers and colleagues.
• Have excellent multi-tasking and organization skills.
